We know you're busy, so we want to make it as quick and easy as possible for you to make your Fitzsimons CU loan payment. We offer several options; access the FREE Loan Payment Portal below or read on for other options.
Loan Payment Portal
Transfer from your Fitzsimons Savings or Checking Account
Online
Log in to your online banking account, go to the "Transfers" tab, set up a one-time or recurring payment(s) on your loan. The payment(s) will automatically be deducted from the account you designate.

Phone
Call ANDI, our Automated Phone System at (303) 344-3328 to make loan payments by phone. This service is FREE and is only available to members who have a Fitzsimons savings or checking account. ANDI is available 24/7. You will need a specialized PIN to access this service. If you don't have a PIN for ANDI, it can be set up for you by speaking to a member service representative at (303)-340-3343.
You can also set up a recurring transfer from your FFCU checking account or savings account by giving us a call, visiting us in person, or by sending an email to Info@FitzsimonsCU.com.
Transfer from a non-Fitzsimons Savings or Checking Account
If you want to pay your loan from a non-Fitzsimons savings or checking account, the Loan Payment Portal is a FREE, easy way to pay online. You can set up recurring payment(s) from a non-Fitzsimons account. You can also use the "Express Pay" option to make a one-time payment. Click the link below to get started.

Note: Our Loan Payment Portal does not accept credit cards or debit cards as forms of payment. Payments generally take 1 to 2 business days to post. Please allow adequate time when scheduling your payment.

We can accept payments from a debit card or a non-Fitzsimons account by phone for a $10 convenience fee. Call us at (303) 340-3343 to speak to a Member Service Representative to assist you in setting up a payment from a non-Fitzsimons account. Just provide your preferred checking/savings account number and the routing number of your account, or your full debit card number.

Mail
All loan payment checks should be mailed to 2201 N. Fitzsimons Pkwy, Aurora, CO 80045. Please be sure to include your membership number and loan number on the check. New to writing checks? Check out our guide to writing checks.
In-person
You can personally deliver your loan payment (cash or check) to any of our branch locations or shared branch locations. Important Note: We cannot accept credit cards as a form of payment for loans.
