I don’t recognize a debit card purchase on my account. What should I do?

Let us know immediately if there is a charge you do not recognize. If the transaction is still pending, there is a chance we may be able to reverse it. Confirm with other account owners, members of your household, or anyone who has access to your debit card whether any purchases were made. Contact the merchant in question and request a resolution. Retain all documentation related to the charge in question, including documentation from the merchant. If the merchant is unable to resolve the issue, forward all information to us so we may investigate the matter. You may submit a formal dispute, which we will use to pursue a chargeback. To avoid any delays, please supply as much information as possible.
