What should I do if my debit card has been physically lost or stolen?
Notify us immediately if your debit card has been lost or stolen. The sooner we are aware, we can take actions to prevent any unauthorized purchases. If we are notified within a reasonable time frame, which is defined as two (2) business days, your total loss shall not exceed $50.00. If we are notified outside of the time frame, your loss may be as high as $500. (Please be advised that transactions processed through the VISA network hold zero liability for unauthorized transactions.)
