I haven’t received my renewal card, and my card will expire this month. When will it arrive?
An order for all cards up for renewal is placed at the beginning or any given month. These cards are mailed and should be received mid-month. Please ensure that we have your current address on file so that you will receive your renewal in a timely manner. The postal service is unable to forward debit cards, even if you have listed a forwarding address with the post office. The card will be returned to us, and this will likely create delays in the receipt of your new card, and possibly the inability to use the card currently in your possession. If the end of a month is near, and you are able, please stop in one of the branch locations so we may instantly issue you a new card with the same card number.
