A check has posted to my account that I did not authorize. What should I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible if a check has posted to your account that you did not authorize. If the check is deemed fraudulent, we can attempt to return the item. We may advise to open a new account. Please discuss the issue with a member service representative as these matters are handled on a case by case basis.
