Fitzsimons Credit Union System Upgrade

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Fitzsimons Credit Union is excited to announce that we are upgrading to a new core banking system on Friday, November 1^st, 2024.

Our core banking system is the computer software responsible for primary credit union functions.

Fitzsimons Credit Union is making this investment to allow us to serve our members better and more efficiently.

While the changes will primarily affect our internal departments, members may notice some differences and a new look to monthly statements.

What’s Not Changing

• Account numbers and routing numbers
• Debit card and credit card numbers and their PIN’s
• Direct deposit and automatic payments
• Ability to use Fitzsimons Credit Union Debit/Credit Cards online, point of sale, or at ATMs during the upgrade
• Online banking user IDs and passwords

What Additional Information Do Members Need to Know?

• Know your available balances before 5:30 pm on Thursday, October 31st. Balances will be unavailable during our system upgrade.
• Withdraw cash you may need to have on hand.
• Automatic payments scheduled for November 1st will be processed on Saturday, November 2nd.
• External and internal transfers scheduled for November 1st will be processed on Saturday, November 2nd.
• Share system upgrade information with any joint account owners, family, or friends who are members of Fitzsimons Credit Union.
• Schedule any upcoming bill payments before Thursday, October 31st.
• Submit any external loan payments by 5:30 pm on Thursday, October 31st.
