Credit Cards

To add your Fitzsimons credit card, please see the below steps for either Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Add a credit card with the Apple Pay app on your iPhone:

1. In the Wallet app, tap the Add button.
2. Tap Debit or Credit Card to add a new card.
3. Tap Continue.
4. Follow the steps on the screen to add a new card.
5. Verify your information with your bank or card issuer. They might ask you to provide more information or to download an app before approving your card for use with Apple Pay.
6. If you have a paired Apple Watch, you have the option to also add the card to your watch.

Add a credit card with the Google Pay app:

1. Open the Google Pay app.
2. At the top right, tap your Profile picture and then Wallet.
3. At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet.
4. Tap Payment card.
5. To capture your card info, use the camera. You can also enter your card info manually.
6. Review and accept the terms from your card’s issuer.
7. If you’re asked to verify your payment method:

•  Choose a verification option from the list.

•  Enter the verification code.

Tip: After you add a card, on your account from Google, you might find a small temporary authorization. This authorization checks that your card and account are valid. It isn’t charged to your balance and will go away soon. Within 48 hours, most temporary authorizations are removed from your account. For Visa Credit Cards

1. First step is to login into the Online Banking Portal.  Click the envelope icon in the top right corner. 2. To send a new message click on the “Compose Message” button.  A new menu will appear. 3. Click the account that your message pertains to (If any). Select "other" as the subject option. 4. For a travel notification, please include the following: -The Fitzsimons card number(s) you plan to use during your trip. -Dates you will be out of the state/country -Places you plan to travel to, with specific dates you plan to be in a particular location if possible. 5. Send your message. Our Communications Center Team answers messages M-F from (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) You can expect a reply within 1-2 business days. Please call (800) 558-3424 to change your PIN or reset your PIN tries. Fitzsimons no longer services Elan credit cards as of 2/1/2021.

Please call (800) 558-3424 to replace a lost or stolen Elan credit card. Elan Credit Cards will no longer be serviced by Fitzsimons Credit Union as of 2/1/2021
