Home Equity Line of Credit

A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) allows you to borrow against the equity in your home less the first mortgage balance on a revolving line of credit. The rate and payment are subject to change monthly.

A HELOC can be used for any purpose, such as a new kitchen, higher education, or a new car, and the interest you pay may be tax deductible. Consult a tax advisor regarding the deductibility of interest.

Easy Equity Loans

Our Easy Equity Loan is a second mortgage on your home with a fixed rate and term. You may borrow up to 80% of the tax assessed/appraised value of your home less the balance of your first mortgage. The funds can be used for any purpose and the interest paid may be tax deductible.
