The Credit Union Difference

People helping people. That's what we're all about.

Let's build your future together.

Here’s How We’re Different:

Local

Buying local produce and supporting local businesses is awesome. It brings us together as a community and makes people feel connected. A credit union is a local financial institution. We may not offer baked goods and locally-grown veggies, but we do help community members combine their resources to provide each other with affordable loans and great interest rates.

Not-For-Profit

At Fitzsimons, our members are our owners and shareholders. That means we work to serve them, not Wall Street. Our focus is on providing the best possible rates, lowest fees, and latest technologies. As an alternative to the for-profit banking system, our vision of success is a flourishing, financially empowered community.

People-First

Because we’re a local not-for-profit, we’re entirely motivated by our desire to serve the community we share with our 20,000+ members. We focus on hiring community-first people and creating accounts and services that enhance members’ lives. We’ve been proudly serving others since 1955 and can’t wait to have you join us.

Fraud Alert About an Unauthorized Transaction: Members are receiving fake texts claiming to be from our Fraud Department about an unauthorized transaction. If you respond, scammers may call asking for personal information. We will never ask for your card number, PIN, or online banking credentials by text or phone. Phone numbers can be spoofed. If contacted, do not share information — hang up and call the number on the back of your debit card to verify.
