Marketing Opt-Out

We are in the process of updating our records and require action from you if you would like to opt-out or CONTINUE opting out of all of our marketing mailings and emails. If we do not hear back from you, you will be included in any future marketing communications. 

As our member, we try to provide you with important and valuable information that you would find relevant. We  try to keep our mailings, emails and overall marketing to you at a minimum. We will never sell your information to third parties or send you spam.

Types of marketing you can expect from us are:

Mail: postcards to announce upcoming events such as Shredding days, Fall Fest, Santa, etc., and current promotions and offers. Includes mailings from our partners such as CUNA, TruStage and CUDC.

Email: monthly e-newsletters that include helpful hints for banking, important announcements regarding data breaches, fraud, schemes and random customer service surveys.

Ways to opt out:

  • Fill out the form below
  • Email us at marketing@fitzsimonscu.com. Please include your full name (and names of any joint or secondary members who would like to be opted out) and last 4 digits of the membership number you would like to be included in the opt out.
  • Call us at 303-340-3343

Please note:

The opt out is on an individual basis, not a membership basis; if there are joints or secondary owners on the account who want to be opted out, they’ll need to opt out separately or the form below will need to be filled out twice for both individuals. 

Important Notice: Our Southlands Branch is available by appointment only. Basic teller transactions can be performed through the Southlands drive-up.
