Online Banking Initial Login Instructions

  • 1. USER ID:  Your temporary user ID will be your member number. (Please do not include your loan number. Your membership number should end with a 0)
    If you have multiple membership numbers, you can enter any one of them; they will all be accessible once you login. You can change your User ID within the Settings menu once you are logged in to Online Banking. IMPORTANT: Do not share your User ID and/or password with any other account holder(s). Each joint owner will need to create a unique login.

  • 2. PASSWORD: Your temporary password will be your social security number.
    Once you sign on, you will be prompted to change your password and create five new challenge questions. Use your social security number and include the dashes. If it is a joint account, the other user(s) will create a separate login.

  • If you are joint or secondary owner on an account, instead of following the steps above, please click on the "Enroll in Online Banking" link underneath the login boxes on the home page, or click here and follow the steps.

  • 3. Enter in your social security number in the Current Password box. Then enter a new, unique password in the New Password and confirm it.

  • 4. Select the five security questions and answers.

  • 5.  Input your a phone number that can accept calls or text messages so that we can send you verification codes as an additional security feature.

  • 6. Enter in the verification code that was sent to your phone either via text message or phone call - depending on what you selected on the previous screen.

  •  7. Read over and accept the terms & conditions.

  • 8. Input your personal information for security and verification purposes.

  • 8. Click on Mobile to set up your mobile and text settings as well as find instructions on how to download the Fitzsimons mobile app.
  • 9. Click on Settings to change your User ID. 
    When you initially login, you will not be prompted to change the User ID. Please go to this link to create a new, unique User ID.


  • If there is a joint owner on the account, they will need to enroll here and create their own unique login and username to access the accounts.
  • Payments scheduled during holidays and weekends will be sent the business day prior to the holiday or weekend rather than the day after. Review your scheduled payment dates to ensure they will be sent according to your expectations.

  • Depending on the payee, a payment may be sent either electronically or via check. If a payment is sent electronically, your account will be debited the day the payment is processed. If a payment is sent via check, your account will generally be debited on the day the payment is due, but may be debited when the check clears. 
Mobile Banking Application

Members must be enrolled in Online Banking in order to access the Mobile Banking Application (see menu item in the Online Banking Initial Login Instructions). If you have not enrolled in Online Banking yet or are a new member, please go here to enroll. If you already have the old Mobile app downloaded on your device, please delete it and download the new one. Download the Apple App here and the Android App here.
