No, you are welcome to just stop by. However, since only some of our employees are certified to handle signature guarantees, you may want to call ahead to make sure they are in the office.

If you respond, scammers may call asking for personal information. We will never ask for your card number, PIN, or online banking credentials by text or phone. Phone numbers can be spoofed. If contacted, do not share information — hang up and call the number on the back of your debit card to verify.
