How can I get a new PIN?

To obtain a new debit card PIN or to reset your debit card PIN:

By phone:

• Please call 844-368-1829 and follow the prompts.

 

By Fitzsimons Credit Union mobile banking app:

• Login into the Fitzsimons Credit Union App.

• Select ‘Cards’ at the bottom of the screen.

• Select ‘Set PIN’ and follow the prompts to create a new PIN.

If you respond, scammers may call asking for personal information. We will never ask for your card number, PIN, or online banking credentials by text or phone. Phone numbers can be spoofed. If contacted, do not share information — hang up and call the number on the back of your debit card to verify.
