Day of the Dead Family Celebration – Nov. 2nd
The Village Exchange Center, in partnership with the City of Aurora Office of International and Immigrant Affairs, Stanley Marketplace, and Amigos de México, will host a free family event on November 2 from 4:30PM to 6:30PM at Stanley.
This annual holiday incorporates Mexica (“Aztec”) and medieval Catholic traditions, with a large altar planned for Stanley’s community area, near the building’s southeast entrance.
We’ll have music, dancing, a pumpkin patch, and beautiful altars throughout the building.
Please note that masks and social distancing are required indoors and outdoors at Stanley.
